Interior Drain Tile System

1. Excavate your current basement floor and install foundation drain tile pipe
2. Create a hole for the sump pump basin that will collect all the water channelled to it by the perimeter drain
3. Install Aqua Drain Curtains around the foundation to waterproof and expel any water into the foundation tiles
4. Cover perimeter with crushed rocks
5. Finish by pouring a new concrete floor
   

The Basement Drain Main System design integrates the baseboard system with the subfloor tile system.

We start by excavating your current basement floor and install a foundation drain tile pipe. Water soaking in around the foundation creates hydrostatic pressure, holes tapped into the base of the blocks releases the pressure.

We install an industrial-strength sump pump with a back-up pump and battery. Water flows through this low-profile system to the sump pump.

Then we install Aqua Drain Curtains around the foundation to waterproof and expel any water into the foundation tiles. Aqua Drain Curtains come in white for a finished look.

We finish by pouring a new concrete floor over the basement drain main. We do not outsource any part of your project!
